POETRYTrue StoryScott Stoller
A poor widow's child,
sent to find a lost cow
in a snowstorm.
They were discovered,
days later,
huddled and
frozen together,
boy and beast,
had to be thawed,
before being buried separately.
Scott Stoller's poems have appeared in many online and printjournals and anthologies includingWeave, Prick of The Spindle, Right Hand Pointing, and Best Contemporary Tanka. He lives with his wife and family in the suburbs of Chicago.
