Blind in one eye, the other eye has glaucoma, field and contrast loss. Clarence has nerve damage from a car wreck. (Dead for 16 minutes then woke to a broken neck and years of therapy).
Clarence Carter Boucher’s personal work has been in numerous books and magazines including The New York Art Review, American Artist Magazine's Annual Watercolor edition, Who’s Who in Art and About the Author. Richard C. Owen publishes his children's books. Boucher also has nonfiction and books of satire available on Amazon.com. His poetry has been published in numerous publications and anthologies. He won the International Golden poet award. Boucher’s painting and/or other art works have won numerous awards and have been featured in juried professional exhibitions like the Piccolo Spoleto at the Charleston City Gallery, and on Public Television.
