Emily Sater is an idiosyncratic fiction writer, currently residing in Saratoga Springs, NY. She was born in NY, NY and raised in LA, CA. She is set to graduate from Skidmore College in May of 2018 with a BA in English and Religious Studies. Sater's father is a writer himself and encouraged her, throughout childhood into young adulthood, to immerse herself in literature. Philology has since consumed her life, leading Sater to host "SPEAK EASY" events, most notably at Skidmore College's Schick Art Gallery (Spring of '17 and Spring of '18).
